    Welcome to Deaf Alaska. Please keep come back and check the calendar.

    Our goal is to provide a website that provides information about the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community here in Anchorage and around the state.  We do not have access to all information but we will do our best.

    UAA ASL Club has created an events calendar and newsletter for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community. Come out, get involved,
    enjoy the activities and socialize. If you would like to add your name to the distribution list please e-mail UAA ASL Club your e-mail address and name to aslclub1107@gmail.com.

    Interested in becoming Deaf Awareness Lecture speaker @ UAA? Deaf
    Awareness Lecture events will be once a month on the last Saturday of every
    month.

      Please send us any Deaf and HH events or news. We would appreciate all
      information to assist us in spreading the word of activities and events that
      Deaf and HH can enjoy around our state.  Others cannot attend if they are
      not aware of the event.

    Misc:

    Deaf Alaska website History:
    -First set up DeafAlaska Website in December 2004 till May 2007.
    -May 2007 shut down because of difficult with internet.
    -February 2008 returned to internet with new website design.
